Douglas Cooperative Inc.
is a private non-profit organization governed by a
volunteer board of directors. DCI is licensed through the Tennessee Department
of Health and other numerous sources to provide an array of services to
individuals with disabilities. Services are available in Blount, Cocke,
Jefferson, and Sevier Counties with administrative offices located in
Sevierville, Tennessee. Staff, families, and individuals whom are served work together in a team
approach to provide assistance in promoting self esteem, growth and self
sufficiency in all areas of the individual's life. The agency provides
residential, day, personal assistance, and supported employment services for
adults and students. Other services provided include transportation, evaluation
and assessment, counseling and referral, and advocacy. For further information

Company Profile
All DCI facilities are licensed by the
Tennessee Division of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD). A
quality enhancement review is conducted annually as well as numerous routine
inspections and reviews by DIDD, HUD, DOL, DOH and Tenncare. Annual audits are
completed by a private CPA. DCI is certified by the U.S. Department of Labor to
employ workers at special minimum wages. DCI is an equal opportunity employer.
Referrals are accepted without regard to religion, race, ethnic origin, marital
status, or gender. Applications are accepted between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.
Monday through Friday at any of our county locations.

to persons with mental and physical disabilities in their pursuit of achieving the full
potential in their lives.
