Paula York – Ms. York holds a BA degree from Berea College, Berea, KY and completed her Masters Degree in Educational Psychology at the University of Tennessee.  As Executive Director she oversees services in Blount, Cocke, Jefferson and Sevier counties for 150 service recipients and staffing for all programs (135+).  She served as the President of Tennessee Network Community Organizations (TNC0) and was voted Executive Director of the year in 2005. In 2008, she received the President's Award from TNCO in recognition of her contributions to membership and role in planning for the TNCO annual conference.  She has served in numerous leadership roles with the rehabilitation community.  Paula has worked in the field of developmental disabilities for 30 years.
